October 8, 2009 Dear Friends: Thank you so much for praying for our travel to the Middle East. We are presently in Dubai. Dubai is a modern picture of Biblical Babylon; it was drastically hit in the world-wide economic restructuring. This was warned of last year when we were here. Earlier this year, over 3,000 expatriate workers left their cars at the airport, purchased a flight out and fled the country. The church here seems to be in a rebuilding phase. Not only are they rebuilding, but they are now grasping to move past “church” and into a Kingdom mentality. And of course this economic downturn has affected the church. In Islamic nations, only those of national descent can own land. Because there is little connection of the Church and the land in this Islamic nation, the church seems to be wandering. The church in Dubai is made up nearly entirely of expatriates; therefore, their call is like Joseph and Daniel to minister to the nation where they are positioned. Some might say, “Why focus on the Middle East Islamic nations during these 10 years of digging new wells?” The place of first mention on an angel and a spring or well in the Bible is in Genesis 16 with Hagar, the mother of Ishmael. Biblically, the first mention is always a pattern for us to look at in days ahead. Therefore, during these 10 years ahead, God is going to give an opportunity for the people of these lands to submit to His plan. In God’s Unfolding Battle Plan, there is a wonderful chapter on Jacob, Israel, Ishmael and Esau. Each one of you should read that chapter. If you do not have that book, you can order it below. Glory of Zion has a mandate to prophecy into these nations to give them an opportunity to repent, turn and find the one true God who can redeem them through the power of the blood of His Son. Last night we had excellent attendance at our gathering. During the worship, the Lord began to speak: “You must worship in the places that have resisted My move in the past season. You must fill this city and these nations with My sound. Stand in the resistant places. If you will fill the earth with My sound, the cities will experience My glory. There has been a fragmentation in the sound of My people. Because of the strength of the sound in the atmosphere that is set against you, you must heal that fragmentation. You must realign in worship sessions. You must move from worship gathering to worship gathering. You must develop 12 gatherings of worship - first in this city, and then in this region. As you go to worship, you will see what is contending with My sound from coming into your atmosphere. You will know what is ruling you in your atmosphere. Lay down your own agendas once a month and worship together in a new way. If you will do that, I will open your eyes on how to advance. Begin now!” (They later told me that Paul Wilbur is coming in November. I met with several leaders today and they will use this meeting as their spring board.) “To those who are of the land of Dubai, hold on for great shaking is going to come in the next four months. And in the midst of this shaking, you will rise up and gain new confidence. Watch the surprise interventions. For I am going to surprise My people with a divine intervention that they are not expecting. The year ahead is important in the Middle East and in these nations that are amassed in this region of the earth. In this people there are promises that have been hidden from the eyes of My people. I will cause them to see this next year. The promises that have not even been recognized by the people of this land will start coming alive in the next three years. Look around! The way you are gathering now is not what you will look like in days ahead. Look again! The enemy would have robbed your vision in the last year. Even though that vision seems cloudy now, look again for I am bringing new vision to My people first, and then into these lands. There will be nations that cut ties with other nations and realign in this region. Nations will come together and then I will fall upon those nations. I will bring three together and three again together. I am realigning nations and joining nations in new ways in this region. I will visit those nations together, and others in the region will say, “What is that happening in those nations? Why is the atmosphere changing?” There is a confederation that is forming of Me and one that is forming that is against me. Remain steady in the midst of the changes that are happening around you and I will use you to cause the land to give up what was held from My Kingdom plan in the last season. There will be a divine giving up and into My Hand in the next season.” Tomorrow morning we fly on to France where I have been invited to minister in Paris. On Saturday, I will be part of a large national gathering, Embrase Nos Coeurs. Then I will minister again on Sunday morning at our host church. The last time I was in France was shortly before their last presidential election. I knew that unless they made a shift towards aligning with God’s Covenant people, the balance of power in Europe would shift, and the enemy would have great access to changes times and laws to accelerate an anti-Semitic plan. Please pray for a clear release of revelation that will not only encourage the Body of Christ in that nation, but direct and align the covenant destiny of France and all of Europe. PLAN

Here is a testimony from Brick Wall of Victoria: “Last Sunday morning as we were worshipping I saw a demonic structure swirling over our downtown area where our government is. I heard the Lord say “unseat it”. So I started decreeing that it be unseated and I could feel such authority coming from the sound of my voice. I prayed that God’s people be put in the places they should be in and anyone that’s not supposed to be there would be removed. Then I asked God for a “sign” that this was done- I was thinking a newspaper article, or someone drops dead or something….well we started worshipping some more, and I look down and there is a complete rainbow on our gym floor! The children started squealing and I had the adults get up and look at it. Our light crew cannot figure out how it got there, we have never had one appear before or ever seen one inside before. It was awesome because it was raining outside.” I have always

FAVOR for a SHELL for HIS GLORY! After our Head of the Year Celebration a few weeks ago, we thought that perhaps we should do another tent meeting on the land for Starting the Year Off Right. However, since we want to build a shell for our gatherings as quickly as possible on the land, along with a Prayer Tower and the Israel Prayer Garden, we knew that constructing another large tent would not be feasible. We also knew that a better utilization of our funds would be for building something more permanent. We are now receiving favor with the city so that we can have a structure to gather in at Passover time. This will allow us to be back on the land at Passover for a major gathering that represents “Crossing Over in a Crossing Over Season.” We have contacted our speakers and most have shifted to that time. Set aside March 25-28, 2010 to be with us for the gathering. You can also register for the Passover Gathering. This will be free for those who also register for Starting the Year Off. The Passover gathering will get us better synched with God’s calendar. The revelation at Passover is some of the richest in all of the Word. I believe God will meet us in a very peculiar way to release an anointing and transfer a mantle for healing, deliverance and miracles for the future.
