to Overthrow the High Places! |

Dear Friends:
Thank you so much for praying for us on our trip to Asia. What the Lord did in each nation was truly amazing. Before I share what happened in each nation, I wanted to remind you of our weekend. Tonight(Saturday) night at 7:00 PM (CDT), we will have our webcast-only Firstfruits Gathering. We will be celebrating the blessing of the Hebraic month of Elul – a month when “the King is in the field.” There is no registration fee or cost to join the webcast. Because we have traveled to so many nations this year, we felt a need to teach a course on why we prayer walk and go on prayer journeys. Alaska
When the
Lord said in Seattle to go to the Northern Gate, we had no idea why that was
so very important. However, by the Spirit, I knew that Robert and Linda Heidler
were to go with Mary Glazier, a key Apostolic leader in Alaska, who will be
with us at Head of the Year. One cannot invest money like that without hearing
the Lord. We felt we were to spiritually
open the north gate because we felt Alaska would play a pivotal role in the
year ahead. We are now seeing that play out with the appointment of Sarah
Palin in as the Vice Presidential running mate for John McCain on the Republican
campaign. Dutch
Sheets and I are now in Waco with a group of intercessors praying concerning
the upcoming elections.

Indonesia
The Lord has
so blessed us in each nation this year. In Indonesia, I was invited to minister at the International
Prophetic Conference in Surabaya (the second largest city in that nation).
Cindy Jacobs was also one of the speakers at this large gathering of several
thousand from Indonesia and the surrounding nations. The Spirit of the Lord gave me a powerful
word to release over Indonesia. I actually saw a pie with 14 pieces. The
Lord said, “I have caused you to secure five of the pieces. But you must
press through in the next 1 1/2
years to secure
the remainder of the pie. If you will continue to press through there will
be a supernatural deliverance that falls on these islands. Gifts must come
alive in the Church – words of knowledge, healing, creative multiplication.
If you will set your face now, in the next nine months you will be crossing a new threshold to taste and
see that the Lord is good over these islands … Do not fear confusion that would come in any street. This time I will back you from other
nations. My people will be favored to go into the seats of authority. Shift
now and you will take the gates of this land. For the heavens are pregnant
with My word and I am giving you a new anointing to bring My word into manifestation.…Indonesia,
My supernatural favor is upon you. My promise will be heard again. I will
cause My words to come alive again, supply lines to open up again, and wages
to be full. (I actually saw that the trade structure of the nation would
have to make a shift so that it could grow in years ahead.) In the next several years I will favor My people with
the government of this land. You will be used mightily to set the course against powers
and principalities that held you in the past. This is a season when My people
will be successful again. Though the enemy has resisted My leaders, I a bringing
a new favor. A new anointing is coming on you. There is great spiritual
activity going on. There is great grace growing. This is a year of developing
new creative ways to move forward. Make your transition from one form of supply to another. Make sure businesses are shifting.
Draw in those to help you make the shift.” Cindy and I then prophesied over the
leaders and the regions of Bora Bora and Borneo.
While we were in Indonesia, the new head of their Constitutional Court was sworn in. Less than 24 hours after assuming his post, he chastised regional administrations for enacting sharia-inspired laws, saying they run counter to state ideology principles of social justice and discriminate against minority groups. Moh. Mahfud M.D. added that "Sharia bylaws are not constitutionally or legally correct because, territorially and ideologically, they threaten our national integrity.”
While there, I also heard the Lord give a clear word for the nation of Malaysia: “You are on the verge of seeing great change. In the next three weeks things will change in that atmosphere. You must not back up! You must stand firm! You must believe there is an entry way in and the heavens will manifest…. Even though Kuala Lumpur will resist change, I will rally eight regions to rise up and demonstrate My power. Stand firm and prophesy that now is the time. Conflict will grow strong in the next year. But now you are gaining ground, so stand and do not back up.”
Just a few days later, a by-election was held in Malaysia which has the potential to reshape the government of that entire nation. Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim won a major political victory, one he described as “the second political tsunami” for change in that nation and a step forward for democracy.
Thailand:
In Thailand,
we ministered at the New Wineskin conference in Bangkok. This conference
was a follow-up to the one where Robert & Linda Heidler and Allen &
Mindy Faubion ministered at last year. When they were there last year,
they expected 30 – 50 pastors and ended up with over 300. This year
the hosts scheduled the conference for the largest Charismatic church in Bangkok,
which seats 500, thinking that it would be large enough for the last night
of the conference when I would speak. However, from the first session
of the conference the room was almost at capacity. On Sunday night when
I came they had set up every chair they had, opened the back doors onto a
large open-air porch and still had people sitting on every open space on the
floor. They estimated that 2,000 attended the meeting that night.
One friend who has ministered in Thailand for over 20 years said that he had
never seen anything like it during his entire time in Thailand.
I ministered on how John the Baptist baptized with water, but Jesus baptized with the Holy Spirit and fire. As I wrote you yesterday, I then prophesied that the fire of the Holy Spirit would begin to burn in Thailand. I brought a unique “fire” tallit as a gift for Thailand and prophesied that as this tallit would go from place to place, from meeting to meeting, the fire of God would be released across that nation. As you look as the image below, you can see the “fire” that came into our gathering!
South Korea
We concluded our time in Asia by ministering at WLI Korea in the mountains
east of Seoul. Robert Heidler and I taught on A Time for Transformation.
Robert taught on various models of transformation based on the Seven Churches
in the book of Revelation. My teaching was based on Romans 12:1-2, “I
beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present
your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable
service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the
renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable
and perfect will of God.” (NKJV)
Our last night was amazing. The worship (which was incredible all week) began to break us through into a new place in the heavenly realms. I then began to prophesy: “All who come to this hill will be energized and mantled with glory. Use this as a strategic center to set the course of this nation. From this hill, secrets will be revealed. I will disclose from here when the North would seek to take this entire nation. From this place I will reveal My secrets before they happen. I will hide you in the way of My presence. This will be known as a place where I sheltered My people from storms that are coming. Worship Me now for I am beginning to rest on this place.”
Next, I invited each of the team members to join me in releasing a corporate anointing to the students. Aaron Smith saw a picture of a children’s toy like a pinwheel or wind whirly bird. This toy then turned into a wind generator. They made several of these toys for us. We blew on them and showed a picture of wind turbines and declared their child-like faith would turn to a great whirlwind of power in the nation.
We then uncapped each of the anointing oils we brought with us and had the students anoint one another and declare a new anointing was being activated in their lives. What a powerful night! Although we left before 10 PM, the meeting went on until after midnight!
We are so grateful for your prayers and support for our trip Asia. The nations of the earth are being transformed to prove the perfect will of God. As you have partnered with us to help bring this change, we are declaring the same transformation over you, your families and your sphere of influence!
