Dear Connected Ones:
Zion Connect is a wonderful communications network. This network keeps us connected, communicating and hearing together what God is saying to the Body of Christ. Inside Zion Connect is Zion Aligned, Houses of Zion, Businesses of Zion, Churches of Zion, and Ministries of Zion.
Many have asked me why I made a push starting three years ago to encourage Houses of Zion. First of all, God told me that there were many of us scattered and disconnected, and we needed to be connected. One of the main issues that God showed me before I wrote The Future War of the Church explaining our warfare ahead, was the need for us to be able to communicate quickly.
Second, there is a need for relationship. There are four pastors on the staff that are predominantly devoted to all of you. Each one of those pastors makes themselves available to answer your emails or take your phone calls. Third, there needs to be room made in the Body of Christ for prophetic insight to be given and received. God makes room for our gift. This morning, after traveling, I have a very large stack of letters and insights to read and review. We are presently making many changes to serve you better. Robert and Linda Heidler will be helping Churches and Ministries of Zion advance. We are in the process of shifting Businesses of Zion. Anne Tate is going to be encouraging you to find your place in the watch; from that place in the watch, you can then communicate what you have heard from the Lord back to her. Allen Faubion is there to help you get your House of Zion started. Susan Stanfield is there to help make sure all of your communications are properly directed. Rose Flieger helps you with training. We presently have three schools: The Issachar School, The Judah School, and The Zebulun School. Joe Knight and Joseph Pierce are two of the best pastors I know of that are in place to help you individually understand what God is saying to you. Sometimes we need this to help us pray and break through.
Another reason for Zion Connect is to develop a broader avenue for God’s glory to operate in the earth. I want to encourage you to go to the MP3 Store and download Paul Keith Davis’ message from Head of the Year. Paul Keith prophesied directly to me about what he saw me doing. When you hear that message, you will have a better understanding of why the Lord told me to mobilize homes worldwide. We are going to see a major outbreak of God’s Spirit. We must allow your homes to be used in the midst of that outpouring.
Finally, one of my associates is Larry Kreider. He has written a wonderful book, House to House. This book is about “growing healthy small groups and house churches in the 21st century.” I wrote the foreword to this book. Here is what Anne Tate just said about the update of this classic, helpful book which gives you one of the better understanding of grief, restoration, sin and generational iniquity. In this new season I felt like the Lord asked me to read the new release of Possessing Your Inheritance as part of my daily devotional. Every year I have found new strength to shift into the new season by doing this. Last year when I read Possessing, I shifted to a new place of understanding of the concept of submission. I believe as we align ourselves with the timing and the revelation of what each year means, we increase in strength, and gain victory in our lives personally and in our territories. When I began to read this book this year, there was such an anointing on the prophecies that Chuck added to each chapter. I found myself reading these prophecies aloud and speaking them into my atmosphere. I also spoke them into my spirit man. I know the Lord has begun his new work in me, in the land of my life and each sphere I have a voice in. The scriptures in this book are very alive. They are helping to set my feet in a sure path for the new year. Chuck quotes Job 10:12 in the first chapter, “Thou hast granted me life and favor, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.” I actually have begun to experience that visitation as I have been reading.
